(1) Airmail Registered delivery times is approx (20-30 business days) depending on the countries.
(2) Ups Express & Dhl express delivery times is approx. (5-8 business days) depending on the countries. (We recommend using this option if you are buying additional items or purchasing for over $50 inorder to secure safe, fast shipping, with tracking no, all shipping charges are the buyers responsibility).
**please note if you live in remote area, dhl, fedex do not deliver in remote areas. you will have to choose ems shipping
(3) Ems delivery times is approx (10-20 business days) depending of your countries.
**International Buyers- Please Note:- Customs Fees, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, or return shipping fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
'When buyer refused the goods at the delivery door & at destination' ''please note that we will deduct the shipping charges which we paid when we shipped the goods and as well as we will deduct the return shipping charges from the item price'' these are buyer's responsibility, and also we will deduct *20% of Restocking Fee* for all return items. Once we receive the return goods at the factory, then We will make the refund (minus all shipping charges and minus 20%Restocking Fee from the item price).
For Return Goods Policy: Please email us FIRST before the 4 days of the receipt of goods, and the return of the goods must be mailed back to us quickly within 4 days(Buyer responsibility to pay for the return shipping) *with a tracking no*, for a refund of the purchase price, MINUS the shipping charges. All Shipping Charges and returning items shipping cost are the buyer’s responsibility. The item(s) must be returned NOt opened in the exact resalable good condition, in order to insure credit. **Please note Returns of goods *such as tablet, computers, notebook,ebook, epad, tablets, iphone, celllular phone, electronics & accessories, charger, scanner, *we will deduct from the item price *a restocking fee of 20%* as well we will deduct the shipping cost which we incurred when we sent the goods**, all shipping cost and the returning items shipping cost are the buyer's responsibilty. Once we receive your return items, we will check it first and then make a refund (minus all charges). If parts is missing or item broken or item used or item scratched, scuffed*NO Refund*. We are not responsible for damage/loss of parcels regarding mailing.

For Damage Items Policy: We are not responsible for loss/damage of items regarding mailing. If you have an item that comes in damaged, email us FIRST the reason what was damaged , from the first day from the day of receipt of goods, *We will need evidence of Proof of picture & video taping to be sent quickly the first day* you received it that it was damaged * so that we can replace the item . We require that you reship quickly within 3days *with a tracking no, and the buyer responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost in both ways.* The defective item must be in its original packaging, with all the parts intact, Once we receive the goods we will verify it before we ship the replacement.**please note if part is missing NO exchange**. Please Email us first to let us know about the problem BEFORE you ship it back.
